This policy explains how مؤسسة زاوية رقمية للتسويق الرقمي (“Digital Angle”) handles personal data received through digitalangle.sa, and your rights regarding it, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its implementing regulations.

- Through the contact form: your full name and mobile number, and your email address and message if you choose to add them.
- When you contact us directly: whatever you share with us by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and contact you about it.
- To prepare a proposal when you request one, and to continue working with you if you become a client.
We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it for purposes unrelated to your contact with us without your consent.
How your data reaches us
Contact form submissions are sent to our business email, hi@digitalangle.sa, where they are read by the person responsible for responding to enquiries. They pass through the technical service providers needed to run the website and email.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and continue working with you, or as long as required by law, and then delete it.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:
- Know how we collect your data and why we process it.
- Access your data and obtain a copy of it.
- Request that it be corrected or updated.
- Request its destruction when there’s no legal need to keep it.
- Withdraw your consent to its processing at any time.
