Campaign Management

A strong ad cannot rescue a campaign account built around the wrong goal.

We begin with the business outcome, define the platform event that represents it, then align measurement, destination, creative, and campaign structure. This order prevents optimisation towards an event with little commercial value.

1. Define the real conversion

A purchase, booking, quotation request, qualified call, or completed registration. A page view or WhatsApp click should not permanently substitute for the real outcome when follow-up can be connected to a clear status.

2. Simplify the structure

Meta recommends consolidating fragmented ad sets and giving delivery enough information. Its guidance notes that an ad set generally needs around 50 optimisation events to exit the learning phase. This is not a performance guarantee, but it shows why a small budget should not be divided across too many ad sets.

3. Create meaningful creative variety

Changing colour is not a new test. We vary the angle: problem, outcome, proof, process, and objection. The offer and landing page remain part of the experiment.

4. Allow learning, then change for a reason

Frequent edits can return delivery to learning. We first verify tracking, spend, and distribution, then change a variable whose effect can be interpreted.

5. Connect platform reporting to sales

Cost per form is read alongside qualified leads, response time, meetings, and closed business.
